Had really comfortable experience, overall lovely old place.
The staff was pleasant, the room was relaxing, everything was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge in the room. Very central location was a plus. Before bed I went to Saltlik for a nightcap, it's easy walk to the hotel.

The hotel is good old with free Wi-Fi and a good value. Make sure you stay in the family room with the view of the mountain. There are coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The location is convenient, as the venue is based close to the bridge.

Wise and kind staff entire time.
The rooms with a comfy bed. Amazing location in the central area, short walk to shops restaurants as well as the centre of Banff. For tea or coffee visit Morrisons Cafe nearby.

I had a comfortable stay on a business trip. The setting is great and good, it's just next door to the center of Banff, and hikes and restaurants. The building is historic. The room is clean.

The double room had a comfy bed where I had a good sleep. the room was equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator for convenience. Safety measures like smoke detectors were provided in the room. the location was stunning and convenient, with easy access to public transport, town shops, parks, restaurants.

The room was spotless and relaxing with an exceptionally comfortable bed. the personnel was very nice and welcoming, including the owner. Great location near lots of restaurants, the center of town, shops, park, and restaurants. Private parking was an excellent bonus.
